After-sales Services
Jupo provides one year warranty to all of its products which Jupo will bear the whole cost on repair within valid warranty period. All under the conditions that damages were not caused by human operating errors or natural disasters. Jupo maintains and provides repair services even if the products were well passed the warranty coverage period. We are committed to not let your older model machines be abandon and become repair service orphan. If you have any questions, you can reach us directly through telephone lines, our technical service specialist will assist you on clearing out any problems or difficulties that you might encounter.
Maintenance and Repair Services
In the event of your product occurring damages or arising issues that cannot be mediated, all of which requires repair service. Please contact us and we will promptly schedule a repair service and inspection to assess the status and scope of the damages and get in touch with you about the related costs. After we make contact with you and have your approval to proceed, we will begin our repairs or parts replacement based on our assessment of the situation on your product.
Overseas Customers
With regard to customers from abroad, Jupo only offers limited after-sales service, if the warranty is within warranty period, Jupo will provide brand new parts to destinated local factory for performing repairs locally. If the product has passed its warranty period, please contact local authorized dealers or repair shops for repairs.
Warranty Information
Jupo provides one-year original manufacturer warranty, the warranty period is based on the attached warranty certification pamphlet’s printed date that will come with machine when it is shipped from the factory. This clause’s sole purpose is for providing repair, parts changing services of Jupo® products to the purchaser, it does not cover damages from misuse, altercations done to the machines that are not performed by Jupo. Those mentioned circumstances are not on the coverage of Jupo’s warranty and Jupo reserve the right not to grant its warranty and will charge any incurred repair costs. If the product is experiencing anomalies under normal usage and the product is within warranty period. Jupo will perform repair service free of charge with the exception on nondurable goods or expendable goods.
Equipment purchased directly from Jupo or authorized dealers, the warranty will go into effect the day it is purchased and will be cover for a period of one year on breakdowns or defects.
- (a) Natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, and other weather related factors. Improper or abnormal use by humans. Damages from voltage, frequency, and misconnected lines that did not follow our specified setup procedures and rules.
- (b) Failure or malfunction caused by misuse or abuse on the machine.
- (c) Altercations or installation not done by Jupo technicians and not using genuine Jupo parts.
- (d) Normal wear and tear on nondurable or expendable parts.
- (e) Machinery and equipment led breakdowns due to reasons aside from Jupo chillers.
- (f) Machine is surrounded by unique environments such as damp-heavy areas or erosion prone areas that may contain chemicals.
- (g) Loosing warranty certification pamphlet or failure to provide ones authorized ownership of purchase.
- * Terms and conditions on the warranty only apply within Taiwan.
- * Non Jupo® originated products and maintenance items do not apply to this warranty clause.
